This page explains how to delete the account you use with the Assaya app (published by Rockfirepro Ltd) and what happens to your data when you do.
Deletion is immediate: your sign-in and every signed-in device session are removed. If you are your company’s only administrator, you’ll be asked to appoint another admin first — the job records are the building’s statutory fire-safety file and must keep an owner.
Email hello@assaya-app.co.uk from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Assaya account”. We action requests within 30 days, and you may also use this address to request deletion of specific data without closing your account.
Deleted: your account (name, email address, password) and all device sessions.
Kept: fire-stopping records you created for your company (pins, photos, descriptions) remain part of your company’s compliance register — they are the statutory record of physical works in a building and belong to the company account, not the individual. Records show the installer’s name as recorded at the time. Your company’s administrator can amend or delete individual records. If the whole company account is closed, its instance and all of its data are removed.
Backups age out automatically within 30 days of deletion.
